A Geek Grrrl is a rare individual who may be described as a female of the human species possessing one or more of the following traits:

• Strongly independent and charts her own destiny regardless of if it’s “cool” or not.
• Highly intelligent in a number of subjects and tends to excel academically.
• Possesses an unusual sexiness not usually definable.
• Passionate for the rare, unusual or often overlooked areas of interest. Subject(s) of interest may or may not be technology based in origin. See Sewing Geek Grrrl or Literature Geek Grrrl.
• Dresses reflecting her own individual style – rarely cares about fashion labels or brands. Has been known to dress in a retro or vintage style.
• Sometimes wear eyesight adjustment devices a.k.a. “Glasses”. Studies indicate that these devices increase a Geek Grrrl’s sexiness factor by 200-300%.
